| Mr. Farver’s responsibilities at Somera include sourcing new opportunities, analysis and structuring of potential investments, conducting due diligence and investment management of transactions post acquisition. Mr. Farver has more than six years of experience in commercial real estate transactions and has served in dispositions, acquisitions, asset management and portfolio management capacities. Prior to joining Somera in 2006, Mr. Farver served as an associate with Madison Marquette, where he was responsible for acquisitions and asset management. Mr. Farver has also served as a Senior Analyst in investment sales at CB Richard Ellis. Mr. Farver is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, including a term as Co-Chairman of the Washington, D.C. ULI Young Leaders Group, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Mr. Farver received a B.A. degree in Economics and Political Science from Wake Forest University. |
