| Mr. Gordon is involved in all accounting and reporting functions at Somera Capital Management, including cash management for Somera Realty Value Fund L.P. and its related entities, investor reporting quality control, and financial statement preparation. Mr. Gordon earned his CPA and CMA licenses in 1998. He brings over 10 years of accounting and real estate experience to the team. Mr. Gordon most recently worked as a manager for American West Homes, LLC a residential real estate development company based in Santa Barbara, California. Prior to working at AWH, Mr. Gordon was an auditor for BDO Seidman, LLP, a public accounting firm, in Orange County, California and Perth, Western Australia. Mr. Gordon received Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business Economics and Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara. |
