Mr. Farver is a member of the East Coast acquisitions team and is involved in all acquisition activities for this region. Mr. Farver’s primary responsibilities include sourcing new opportunities, analysis and structuring of potential deals, conducting due diligence and investment management of acquisitions post transaction.
Prior to joining Somera in 2006, Mr. Farver served as an Associate with Madison Marquette, a Washington, D.C. based retail real estate investment and development company, where he participated in the acquisition and redevelopment of over $220 million in retail real estate. Mr. Farver attended Wake Forest University and received a B.A. in Economics and Political Science. He is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers. |
