| Mrs. De Oliveira’s primary responsibilities include both the investor and public relation functions of Somera Capital Management and various professional and administrative assignments. Prior to joining Somera Mrs. De Oliveira was an Area Assistant Manager for The Towbes Group in Santa Barbara where she contributed to the multi-site coordination and management of the Towbes’ 1,400 unit residential portfolio in Ventura, Santa Barbara, and Goleta. Prior to joining Towbes, while attending the University of California at Santa Barbara, Mrs. De Oliveira served as Resident Manager of Francisco Torres, an $80 million dollar facility housing 1,300 residents. Mrs. De Oliveira earned two Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of California at Santa Barbara in Global and International Studies and Spanish.
