Mr. Gamble’s responsibilities include asset management, sourcing new investment opportunities, analysis and structuring of potential investments and conducting due diligence.  Mr. Gamble has more than seven years experience in commercial real estate and has worked on dispositions, acquisitions, asset management and portfolio management, with an emphasis on retail assets.  Prior to joining Somera in 2010, Mr. Gamble served as the Investment Manager with Invest West Financial Corporation, where he was responsible for acquisitions and asset management of a commercial portfolio valued at over $150,000,000. Prior to Mr. Gamble’s work with Invest West Financial Corporation, he was Leasing Manager with MCC Realty Investments and Wilson Commercial Real Estate, where he completed approximately fifty leases and had approximately 1,000,000 square feet of retail space under his management. Mr. Gamble is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Mr. Gamble received a B.A. in Political Science from Colgate University.
